About Everyday Wellness
Everyday Wellness is a small editorial desk. We write about the ordinary mechanics of getting through a day in a body that has been used for a few decades — the knee that needs ten minutes before it agrees to the stairs, the band of tension that arrives at seven every evening, the first step out of bed.
What we publish
Explanations. Each piece takes one common complaint and follows the mechanism as far as it honestly goes: what is happening in the tissue, why the pattern repeats at the same hour, and which ordinary measures have a plausible physical basis.
How we are paid
Some articles end with a recommendation, and those are advertising: we may be paid when a reader buys through the link. We say so at the top of every article that carries one. We do not sell or ship anything ourselves — the purchase is made on the retailer’s own store, under their terms, their shipping and their returns policy.
What we do not do
- We do not take orders, hold payment or ship anything. There is no cart and no checkout here.
- We do not collect personal information. There is no sign-up form and no newsletter.
- We do not give medical advice, and we are not a substitute for a professional who can examine you.
- We do not claim that anything we write about treats, cures or prevents disease.
